These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the BopList SMS messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Svaha LLC as described below.
Program Description
BopList is an SMS messaging service for registered users of web applications hosted at boppers.net, baya.net, and svaha.com. Messages are sent for individual account purposes only and include:
- One-time verification codes (OTP): Passcodes sent when you log in or verify your account.
- Service confirmations: Notifications about services you have requested or actions taken within our applications.
- AI agent interaction: Two-way SMS communication with your AI agent through our registered-user portal.
BopList is not used for marketing or promotional messages. All messages are individual account communications directly related to your use of our services.
How to Enroll
To participate in BopList:
- Create a registered account at a Svaha LLC hosted application (boppers.net, baya.net, or svaha.com).
- Provide your mobile phone number during account setup.
- Check the opt-in checkbox confirming your consent to receive SMS messages from Svaha LLC.
Enrollment constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive messages when you initiate account verification, request services, or interact with your AI agent. No unsolicited or marketing messages will be sent.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received.

How to Opt Out

Changes to These Terms
Svaha LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in BopList after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
