For current clients the best avenues for support are;
1) Open a Support Ticket – Login to the client area of our billing site and open a support ticket. Note – Our billing system uses a different password than your main account. If you don’t know what your password is there you can request a password reset.
2) Fill out our Contact Form.
3) E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org .Be sure to include your website domain name and as much detail as you can about the problem you are experiencing. If you think our firewall may be blocking you, please visit <a href=”http://whatismyip.com” target=”_blank”>http://whatismyip.com</a> and let us know your IPv4 address.
4) Call our answering service – You can also call our toll-free answering service at 888-997-8242 and leave a message with them, they will transcribe it and send it to us right away.
If you’re looking to renew your domain name you registered with us, odds are you want to login to enom.com. This site uses a unique login as well, so you may need to do a Forgot Login request &/or a Forgot password request. If you are having trouble renewing your domain we’re always happy to renew it for us and send a bill for reimbursement, just ask.
